To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to the PYXISM login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Check your email for a password reset link (this link is valid for 24 hours)
5. Click on the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters for security.

To update your personal information:

1. Log in to your PYXISM account
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
3. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu
4. Navigate to the "Personal Information" tab
5. Update the information you need to change
6. Click "Save Changes" to confirm

For security purposes, some information (such as your name or date of birth) may require additional verification. If you need to update sensitive information, please contact our support team directly.

To close your PYXISM account, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that you have withdrawn all funds from your account
2. Log in to your account and navigate to "Account Settings"
3. Select "Close Account" from the menu
4. Complete the account closure form, providing a reason for closing your account
5. Submit the form and confirm your request

Please note that account closure requests are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been closed. After closing your account, you will no longer have access to the platform or any account-related information.

To place a trade on the PYXISM platform:

1. Log in to your PYXISM account
2. Use the search function to find the asset you want to trade (stocks, bonds, indices, etc.)
3. Click on the asset to view its details and price chart
4. Click the "Trade" button to open the trading interface
5. Select whether you want to "Buy" or "Sell" the asset
6. Enter the quantity you want to trade
7. Choose your order type (market order, limit order, stop order, etc.)
8. Review your order details and click "Confirm" to place the trade

Once your order is executed, you will receive a confirmation notification, and the trade will appear in your transaction history.

PYXISM offers several types of orders to suit different trading strategies:

• Market Order: Executes immediately at the current market price
• Limit Order: Executes only at a specified price or better
• Stop Order: Converts to a market order when a specified price is reached
• Stop-Limit Order: Converts to a limit order when a specified price is reached
• Trailing Stop Order: Adjusts the stop price as the market price moves in your favor
• Good-for-Day (GFD) Order: Expires at the end of the trading day if not executed
• Good-till-Canceled (GTC) Order: Remains active until executed or canceled

To view your trade history and portfolio performance:

1. Log in to your PYXISM account
2. Navigate to the "Portfolio" tab
3. Here you can view your current holdings, asset allocation, and overall portfolio value
4. To view your trade history, click on the "Transaction History" tab
5. You can filter transactions by date range, asset type, or transaction type
6. For detailed performance analysis, use the "Performance" tab to view returns over different time periods

You can also export your transaction history and performance reports for tax purposes or personal record-keeping.

To deposit funds into your PYXISM account:

1. Log in to your PYXISM account
2. Click on the "Deposit" button in the top menu
3. Select your preferred deposit method (bank transfer, credit card, e-wallet, etc.)
4. Enter the deposit amount and follow the instructions for your selected method
5. Confirm the transaction and wait for the funds to be credited to your account

Deposit processing times vary by method:

• Credit/debit cards: Instant
• E-wallets: Instant to 1 business day
• Bank transfers: 1-3 business days

PYXISM does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply fees.

To withdraw funds from your PYXISM account:

1. Log in to your PYXISM account
2. Click on the "Withdraw" button in the top menu
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method
4. Enter the withdrawal amount and your account details for the selected method
5. Review the transaction details and confirm the withdrawal

Withdrawal processing times:

• E-wallets: 1-2 business days
• Bank transfers: 2-5 business days

Please note that withdrawals can only be sent to accounts in your name for security purposes. PYXISM may require additional verification for large withdrawals.

PYXISM supports the following currencies for deposits and withdrawals:

• Philippine Peso (PHP)
• US Dollar (USD)
• Singapore Dollar (SGD)
• Euro (EUR)
• British Pound (GBP)

If you deposit in a currency different from your account's base currency, the funds will be converted at the current exchange rate. PYXISM offers competitive exchange rates with no hidden fees.

You can change your account's base currency in the "Account Settings" section, but please note that this may require account verification and can only be done once every 30 days.
